• Choice of company registration year (subject to availability).
• Preparation and lodgement of director, registered address and auditor changes.
• Share register and three share certificates.
• One company name reservation application.
• One company name change.
• Beneficial Ownership (BO) filing.
• Registered Representative registration.

Important Information
The package includes one company name reservation application. Additional applications will be charged separately.Beneficial Ownership information and supporting documentation must be provided promptly to meet applicable CIPC filing deadlines.
