Mandy holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (BA)from Potchefstroom University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Development (MDP) from the School of Behavior Science at Potchefstroom University, a postgraduate certificate in Career and Executive Coaching from UNISA and recently completed a BEE Management Development Programme (MDP) through the School of Business Leaders – UNISA. Mandy brings with her more than 20 years of business and management consulting experience and looks forward to working with the B Doyle team to bring you the best value in Company Secretarial practices.

Lynn Templeton 

Managing Member

With more than 14 years’ experience and specializing in commercial and contract law together with local and international compliance, Lynn holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from the University of Pretoria and a Postgraduate Diploma (PgD) in Business Management from UNISA.

Lynn is passionate about helping organizations and businesses understand and implement corporate governance , streamline compliance and understand the legal intricacy of their businesses.
